Pork with Mustard Greens - Hmong



This is one of my favorite comfort meals! Luckily is one of the easiest dishes to cook and prepare. Hmong families usually prepare this for big celebrations because its so easy to prepare -- and everyone enjoys it. 

Ingredients:
1 bushel of Mustard greens
1lb of Pork neck bones with meat

Hmong Chili Pepper
4 Thai chili peppers
1 1/2 tsp of fish sauce
1 teaspoon of lime
1/4 cup of cilantro 
1 pinch of sugar (I learned that from my aunties) 

Take a 5qt pot and fill it up half way with water - once the water simmers - add the neck bones. Cook the neck bones thoroughly - pork is no good rare. Once the neck bones are cooked thoroughly add the mustard greens. Once they start to wilt - add salt to taste. I like to add a chicken bullion too - but that's personal preference! Serve with steamed rice - and lots of the chili pepper. You'll be truly satisfied!
